Our Model

LifeSTEPS builds its programs and activities to foster a sense of community among the residents while supporting each individual within the community. We are there to help residents move forward in their lives. We are also there in times of crisis. Our social workers are trained to intervene in difficult circumstances such as domestic abuse, mental health problems, or threat of eviction. Ongoing programs include confidential case management; educational opportunities including language, computer, and parenting classes; and social and health-related activities for children and seniors.  We develop our services based on a thorough needs assessment of each community.

Our services are designed to meet all state and federal social service requirements for affordable housing communities.  Beyond the basic requirements, we provide comprehensive, reliable support that makes a difference.

By holistically addressing the needs of individuals and the communities in which they live, our services can make a lifelong difference to at-risk youth, help seniors maintain independence with dignity, and give parents the skills they need to support their families.
